im trying to get help from kommunen but theyre shit and it makes me wanna cry cus i feel so lost and theyre stupid and not helping

I work at a bookstore and I dont use my body so much (just a little when the goods arrive and you gotta place it where it belongs) and even tho talking and helping ppl was hella scary in the start it got easier very quickly esp after learning abt the stuff u sell. 

Id recommend to talk to job supervisor to start with (idk what country you're from but you can get one from nav in norway to help get out to the job marked, and also find out if you got rights to get a bit money while you're on job hunting etc).
The job supervisor will help with writing job applications or talk&relfect what options you have in the job marked.
