I thinkkkk iphone is in general pretty secure, but on android u can download apk stuff with potentially weird stuff built in the file I guess, but tbh I've never had any issues with it, I think as long as u r somewhat critical of what u click on or download, ur good

i don't think i can link the site bc it might fall under advertisement lmao, but adblock plus is free, super effective and available for most browsers. should b available on app store at least, not sure abt android tho
