Accused of inappropriate touching again ???

Last week she claimed I touched her inappropriately in the shower, which was determined unsubstantiated. 

Yesterday i caught her hiding the group home phone in her pocket. I called her out and admittedly touched the phone (which was in a hoodie pocket fyi not even near her private parts???) She denied it and pushed it further in her pocket and I removed my hand and let her do whatever at that point, guess she just gets a zero in her behavior protocol whatever 

She goes outside and an hour later the cops show up. She told them I touched her inappropriately while grabbing the phone out of her pocket. Even tho my coworker was a witness and this alleged incident happened on camera too LOL 

So yeah what the fuck they're just letting her get away with this I guess... she needs a stricter protocol. I'm not safe in that home. After my probationary period I'm requesting a transfer

The cop came and spoke to both me and another coworker and left. I was told to just go in but I'm calling my boss just in case. Idk if it's another investigation or what 

If her protocols are not revised and stricter going forward imo it's a poorly managed home and I'm leaving a complaint.

She used to be institutionalized but she was transferred after she was raped in there (and I dont even think she understands she was raped. She told my boss she can tell her everything about sex, which is honestly sad)
 That center is permanently closed. 

Before that she was in the home for special needs people with high behavior and/or mental health issues but she picked so many fights and encouraged her housemates to gang up on staff that they moved her to the senior home. 

I hate to say it but she belongs in an institution or mental health ward imo. Or my bosses need to have a bigger iron fist.

What was your role? 

I am gonna look into that. Good idea. I'll probably call tye program director and ask if she knows of this and can help me set it up. Maybe it can be bundled with work insurance. 

I never even heard of this. Thanks for telling me
