the following problem:
im a bit of an introvert so i sometimes just like to be alone
normally my bf and me talk every day after work
but today i didnt talk to him straight away, i made him wait about 3hrs
just because i felt like being alone.

so then he puts on a sad and depressed voice.
and im like whats it with this voice again (this problem occurs every time i want time alone)
and hes like i cant hide it makes me feel sad when u dont want to spend time with me

and i say that he cant manipulate me into wanting to spend time with him by giving me the sad voice.
whereas he says he cant just hide it.

I think that he needs to respect that you need time alone
And using a sad voice to get what you want is basically guilt tripping, so yes it's manipulative. He's an adult (or?), so I would think not making a sad voice is easily manageable, of course it's sometimes hard to hide that you're disappointed, but if he makes the same kind of voice every time you try to draw some boundaries, I would think it's on purpose.
