I know exactly how you feel! At my previous job, I was constantly surrounded by older men who kept having inappropriate conversations that I couldn't relate to, and they would often complain about me to my face and say that I kept messing up when I did things as thoroughly as possible.. And if I wasn't messing up, then I was being too slow.. I would wake up and dread going to work so much that I would call in sick all the time.
I would just suggest to distance yourself from the people that bother you at work, and just try to "dissociate" from yourself when at work, and/or surround yourself with people you actually get along with and that makes working a little better. It's difficult when you feel stuck and know you cannot just up and quit, so try to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and also make sure you realise that you are not the problem. Some people just feel the need to put others down to make themselves feel better, and they feed off of having that power over someone else
