it sounds like he’s not looking forward to being in a relationship (how lame) but if u both feel mutually the same since it’s just a platonic meet-up and casual hangouts then i’d look into other people that would consider choosing being in a relationship aside from that tho, imo, i would tell him how i’d feel n wouldn’t waste my time waiting for a response from a person that isn’t interested.

we did have a streak yea, but that's not anything I care about

thing is, he is the one that took the initiative both times to meet up, and he still said on the last date that he wanted to meet up again

ofcccccc I just feel mean lmaoo, but I'm def not letting it get to me like that! I was just thinking that if it takes him that long to reach out to me, it just would prove my point that there is no strong connection at all hehe
