he dropped me off at the station and i felt him squeeze me extra tight and he said museum? and i said yes see you 
so i thought things were going alright?? now its a weeks later and i texted him, hey still wanna find a day and go to museum? and he opened my message half an hoot ago and didnt reply??? what is going on??? i hate this goodbye

Don't let it. Nothings wrong with you and it's honestly a red flag if someone seems to loose and gain interest all the time. It's not a reliable person, and you might be better off without him.

That being said there might also be a chance that he's just forgotten to answer or something else have happened. My advice would be to just let him be...let him reach out to you and apologize or try to make plans. If he's a nice person and really likes you, then he'll do that and not just "forget" you and leave you on read forever. 

So instead of waiting for him to reply, spend your time on other people who DO reply to you. Remind yourself of your worth and that him being a jackass and ghosting you doesn't mean anythings wrong with you. I wish someone told me this in my past relationsship....sometimes you can like a person so much that you almost choose to ignore the way they treat you poorly or make you unhappy. Don't let it get you down
