How do you get motivated to workout? I really have to start working out but I can't get myself into it

I think about my past ass and abs and am like hmm yes me want em back

but in all seriousness, lifting helps me clear my head a lot, and thinking about WHY I do it reminds me I need it or myself.
I'd suggest trying to think about why you want to do it and remember that the version you want after you improve by working out is more than attainable. It is very much possible that you can be an even better version of yourself.
I also do it for the dopamine, which is a natural happy hormone in this case and it is always good, it helped me eat better and more, and overall it might be shit in the beginning because it is hard to stay consistent and not give up but even if you don't see any noticeable changes, there was the thing I LOVED when I first started training, that there is maybe no changes physically, but internally I felt so strong already and could do so much, it's amazing.

I believe in you, go bimbo!

once u get started it's sooo easy (as long as u have the time and don't get sick) but to get started after a longer break sucks

i get motivated by following mentally healthy fitness people like natascha oceane. or by like, realising my body is breaking down if i don't work out

but when i start working out, the most important part for me is to do the things i like and find fun at the gym. so, for me, i say fuck the treadmill for example. and then i just try to show up. when u get into the routine, then it's hard Not to go there

I think it's good to start by finding some kind of workout you enjoy, and then just do shorter sections at first. The hardest part of the habit is getting started and keep to it (i.e. actually go to the fitness center) so if you get a routine where you go there often, it's usually easier to expand the time you're there after you got the habit of showing up down.

When you start to feel better in your body and sleep better you usually hang on to the experience. I loved going to the fitness center after I had forced myself the first month (the fitness center then closed down, so not anymore)
