My boss is nice, but she always takes on too many projects at once, and when it's time for her to leave, she just tells me to finish what she started to the best of my abilities doing what I think looks best. Then the next day she will complain that they way I (or one of my coworkers) finished her mess was not how she invisioned it, and then she complains she had to waste extra time going over what we did before doing something else.
It's like ma'am.. I cannot read your thoughts, and also you explicitly told me to do what I felt was right..
I have worked where I work now for 1 year and 6 months, and I feel pretty confident in myself at work. But my boss loves to bring up that she's been the manager there for like 15 years and she knows everything. Gets a bit draining after a while.
