If your Outlook is disconnected, try opening the Outlook application in safe mode. Here's how to go about it:
1- Open the Run program by going to the Windows Start menu.
2- Type "outlook.exe/safe" in the Run dialogue box and click the OK button.
3- If an issue is caused by add-ons that have already been installed, try disabling all the redundant and unused add-ons.
4- Restarting Outlook will likely fix the disconnected issue; do this once more.
