Did I do something wrong?

I got a tattoo on the 1st of November. We were supposed to do leaves on the side of my hand/thumb (appariently the tattoo artist also had this tattoo) from one of his flash. He said we didn't have time for it but that I could message him on instagram to get it at another time.

I had been working that day so I was very tired and didn't say much but I'm also very shy. Told him I liked the tattoo tho but I'm worried I came off as rude or something.

I messaged him on the 3rd of november about the tattoo and when I could (any day except for wednesdays and that saturday).
No reply.

I message him again on the 18th asking if he was still interested in doing it. No reply.

But he has been posting on instagram and he takes bookings in his instagram dm's where I had messaged him.

He still hasn't replyed to my messages and I have a feeling he is ignoring them. If that's the case I think it's kind of unproffessional. He could just tell me he didn't want to do it if it has something to do with that we would have matching tattoos lmao. Or maybe I made a really bad impression but he was nice through the whole thing so idk.
