* if you import something outside eøs/eu you get the import responsibility atbt wheter the product lives up to eøs/eu laws * toll * practically losing most of your rights as a consumer for returns etc

But like the more crucial thing here is that if you as a private person buy from shein and gift it to a friend and that friend get sick from using it eg due to high values of something cancerous or allegies, by NO law, you're responsible for it and not the brand bc you imported it and thus would have all the import responsibility?? How i understand it at least
