I do the activities I like the most, talk to my friends and loved ones, treat myself to something yummy, and snuggle up on my bed to watch a nice show or movie.

When it's really annoying or hard I take it all out on paper,
drawing and painting or writing
Those 2 were always good outlets for me; any outlet that lets you take all the bad thoughts and feelings out is always nice.

oh thanks, yes drawing is actually a good idea. or to be creative in some way. find it hard to sleep or relax when all i do is cry lmao..

i do my makeup to distract myself for fun and take nice pics, be lay honestly and sometimes needed by just listening to music, creating a new outfit on vp and even just taking care of myself like forcing myself to get up and do self-care whether it be a long warm shower or trying to make something new to add to my routine (like a sugar scrub). even just staring into the abyss of my room and being in my own thoughts is peaceful and often needed to appreciate being alone and understanding who you are.
