Had a meltdown in public, my mother (who  was a main contributer to the situation causing it ) shamed me for it afterwards and was just extremely nasty. 

Now I've been lying in bed for the last 2hrs because I'm so exhausted. 
I need to eat something but I'm too tired and my sister and my mother told me I can't have something from the food they prepared for lunch.
