So everytime I have an early shift my brain is like you're gonna be wide awake till like 3 am
And when I have a late shift or the day off, my brain is like you have to go to bed at 8pm you're so tired

It's always like this  when I can sleep in I get tired early
If I have to get up early I can't sleep

And tomorrow night I have a nightshift so I'm trying to stay awake a bit longer today, to get in the rhythm
And it's only 9 and already I feel like I'm gonna fall asleep soon pls help lmao

Does anyone have any cool entertainment ideas
