Also, take a look at which expectations you have and how you wish they were fulfilled. You have given som examples already. Are the same sentiments there but just expressed differently with people in your life? Are you messaging people to make plans or asking how they are doing? Have you told your husband and or friends how you wish to recieve love?
What is one thing you can do this weekend to get out of bed wasting your life? Can you invite friends/husband to it, make it a social thing? Aaand.. What's something you can do for yourself by yourself that makes you feel more okay with experiencing loneliness (while finding a solution to alleviate it)?
