i see people say sometimes that ioncreased appetite can end up being a thing bc you start to feel better but since u just started that would prolly not be the reason

yes im not expecting any mental effect until a few weeks but i figured side effects could start like immediately but idk
but i will give it time and toughen out the side effects then i guess

hmm i see, i guess what im experiencing isnt too bad then compared to that. im shaking and feel dizzy and a little lightheaded but those were all listed as relatively normal side effects. i just get worried over everything lol

yeah i was like shaky n stuff for a couple of days too, had to sit down a lot.

Actually what's been helping me a lot os a zoloft/sertaline subreddit, cause like my doc basically gave me no info and there ppl are like asking all the questions ive been wondering n ppl reply with their experiences yanno? I tried to see if there was one for duloxetine and there's one called /rCymbalta (i think thats another brand of duloxetine) and one just general r/antidepressants

might ease som of your worrying to see what side effects other people experienced in the beginning

mirtazapine - good sleep aid but made me tired during the day, also made me hungry. no change in depression but my dose wasn't for depression anyway
sertraline - made me feel numb, not like myself and made it harder to c*m, no change in depression
agomelatine - actually surprisingly helpful! good sleep aid and has actually made me less depressed than usual
