is it because increased serotonin leads to more melatonin while antipsychotics just make you drowzy during the day i guess that sounds logical probably wears out by the time cns depressants are ingested

can you not use benzodiazepines with the medication you're on? i do think antipsychotics are a pretty severe measure, if you in any way can id recommend trying other things first like maybe exercise, relaxation techniques etc

If you are only taking it every once in a while, you'll be fine! I got addicted tho, but I was very sick, so I just took them to knock me out sleeping so I didn't needed to deal with life

I would be careful!
