Common questions would be:
How well do you work with others/in teams? If you have any relevant background with working in teams, bring that up.
If its anything customer service: What's your attitude like? Do you like socializing etc. One weird question I got once was: How would your friends describe you?
Maybe some questions about your previous work, responsibilities, what you learned etc.
If you need to work with any software, research it beforehand. Be honest about your knowledge about it. "I saw in the post your company uses XYZ software. I do not have any previous experience w this, but I researched it and believe I can learn it in X weeks" or smth like that. Just showing some prior initiative rly.
Bring a notepad and a pen, while explaining the role to you, or mentioning important parts of the work, just note that down. Seems v professional and organised.
Sry for writing so much lol. I'm v nervous about job interviews, so I researched stuff a lot c:
Also my biggest tip for job interviews: The dreaded "What are your flaws?" question.
It's nothing personal, in fact, dont say anything personal. Say something relating to the actual job like "I dont have any experience in the software you use/ I have limited experience with this process."
Same thing goes for "Whats something positive about you/ why should we hire you?"
hope this might help a bit c: Best of luck at the interview, please dont leave us
Thank you, that was helpful. I haven't really properly interviewed in a while, and I'm changing careers so I feel a little underqualified so I want to seem prepared enough to say "Hey look I may not have the most experience but I am willing to learn!"
