just thought i'd update that i feel a lot better now, the thoughts went away. i think it was just mostly due to a panic attack and my bf(f) helped me calm down + medication. but i will tell my psych about this wehn i see her next week. thanks for the replies, i did read them in the midst of it n they were comforting
