Blackwell's should do shipping + VAT like Bookdepo, but I'll be honest and say my experience with them has been lackluster atm (I ordered a book the 6th and I still haven't seen it)

In the same vein as Blackwell's is Waterstones, and I think they're the same company actually, for all my shipping labels from Waterstones say Blackwells. I do, however, have some nice experiences with them. They don't do shipping and VAT though, so quite expensive.
