no idea :I probably that as well since he was in my life for almost 4 years. i guess maybe also trauma bonding, because like he made me feel so many bad feelings and anxiety and stuff that when things were good and he was showing me love it felt like the best thing in the world you know

now things are a lot more calm and good & i'm a whole lot happier overall, but it's not such a rollercoaster so the highs don't stand out as much
