i would assume they put the dog out there so that it wont be in the way while theyre building stuff and wont get scared by the drill

they havent done any drilling during that but now the barking stopped so i hope they just brought the dog inside :c i can still hear distant barking from the other apartments so i wish that they are just barking for no reason and not bc they still see the dog on the balcony

yes i hope doggie is inside by now. Though i would not be too concerned i forget my cat out on my deck all of the the time im sure doggie owner and doggie is fine, unless you starts seeing this happening frequently, then maybe doggie not as fine

the dog was let out again/it was always there but now started barking at another dog below us and im so done like if this goes on after silent hour aka 10pm (its 9pm now) then i will actually be angry
