i just recently saw a doctor (gynecologist maybe? i'm not sure) at the women's illnesses polyclinic because i've had this issue for well over a year of feeling like i need to pee all the time. even right after peeing the feeling often doesn't go away. and i'll feel like i need to pee really bad and then almost nothing comes out
like the feeling is basically painful at times, and you can see how this would be incredibly annoying and bothersome, right
the doc gave me an ultrasound and found nothing wrong, so she just told me "good news, there's nothing wrong with you" and was about to send me home. so i just asked her "okay so what do i do now?" and her advice was to avoid caffeine and that it might be caused by my obesity because there's more pressure in my abdominal area you know
which is valid and might well be true but
i'm so frustrated that there's no solution, nothing to lessen me suffering from this every day. lol. weight loss, yes, but the eating disorder makes that a slow and difficult process
i'm not getting a follow up visit or any advice beyond like the 2 quick sentences she said. kinda felt the same as if she just said "eh it is what it is, deal with it." i wish i could at least get like pelvic physical therapy or something but i don't even know if that exists in finland
