i finally have a healthy hobby that i can like progress in & that makes me feel strong so i'm actually never going to stop talking about it lolol

i tried my 1 rep max at the leg press last time and i got 143kg! also i've figured out how to deadlift (somewhat) so we're practicing that now

also in the 6 months ive been doing this i think i actually have grown like a teeny tiny amount of ass. for real

i think i actually could probably bench the 10kg plates next time (so.. 35kg?) !! will definitely try again the next time i have my friend as a spotter

limbs gymrat era.... this is such a funny thought to me but i'm actually enjoying myself LOL
