I dont wanna bring back my cringe phase where I rant about all my private stuff on vp
But I feel really lost nowadays idk


I slept for 1hour and 6min yesterday night
I didnt eat at all today and it's almost 10
I just don't have any energy yet my mind is buzzing and 
I feel like I'm gonna vaint but yet I'm not hungry at the same time  
My nerves make me puke every day bevor work because I just hate going there and I still have to do that till the middle of September 
And people irl rant to me about about their stuff
But I always have to keep a front up because 
I don't wanna bother anyone in real life or i just feel embarrassed about oversharing
Idk it feels like I'm really shameful and I just don't want anyone to know 

Maybe I should get a diary or something but I swear I just wish I also had someone to take care of me every once in a while

I mean I'm not surprised you have no energy when you don't sleep or eat sad

I think even though you're not hungry you should probably eat something. or maybe drink something sugary if you really can't eat! And give yourself some rest, try to sleep, please. your body will thank you.

Honestly if people rant to you, chances are you can rant to them too. People always feel like they're bothering others when they're sad/depressed/anxious etc. But the truth is, we can't have only good days and we all experience bad things. Trust me, that's nothing to be ashamed of. Talking about things can be really hard, but it relieves so much stress and getting things off your chest or out of your head is super important. Please don't think, even for a moment, that your problems aren't valid. All problems are valid and should be taken seriously. However big or small they might be.

And a diary is definitely something I recommend!! every night before you go to sleep just write it all out. start writing and don't stop until you feel like it's enough. There's this mindset excercise where people write 5 minutes a day and it's called automatic writing.

Nonetheless, I would also recommend seeking help from a professional who can give you more advice than I can. Also no shame in that, don't worry about people judging you because they're too busy with other stuff anyway, trust me. There's often this misconception that being vulnerable makes you weak, but I actually believe that vulnerability shows courage and strength.

That all being said, I hope you take my advice to heart and I hope you feel better soon. You can always e-mail me if you need to rant about anything
