in quote, she said..."i was here, i was on break you need to leave this register. i took photos of my login, the cameras know i was here." again i was trying to kindly explain but she kept complaining over me about the register, pushed me over & took over the register which i was in the middle of serving a customer. i then lost my temper & told her off like what's her problem? the level of disrespect i've received by this newbie was astonishing compared to a person like me with 4 years of experience of dealing with female cucks like her that want to claim something that they do not own. of course it was also my fault for blowing up at her because i've had enough days to get shit for & the last place i'd scream & yell is at someone at my work place.

i've had 3 people to come up to me to tell me what happened, i've told them my story & i've got my coworker to explain as well since he had front row seats to see the situation. it was unbelievable with the fact that i've gotten bad looked over the situation, i've been kind & friendly towards customers & she made the bad come out of me like i'm the villain, i know spanish, however i'm not too keen on talking in spanish since it wasn't my first language. when the argument was progressing she got offended at me for calling her "bro". i have my reasons why. if you treat me like one, you'll eat off the same plate as mine. so respectfully i've matched her energy & it seemed like she wanted to argue even more as she kept bitching about a measly little register that doesn't work. i was upset because i was trying to work like everyone else, i make 11.50 per hour and i do not like to be disrespected at a place whereas i receive minimum wage which is stress inducing enough.

she told her story afterwards when i went on break & lied like a motherfucker. "i tell my kids to never disrespect anyone nor give attitude to anyone, i'm a hard working mother & i really hope her mother teaches her a lesson on to giving others respect." really now? i'm old enough to smoke cigarettes, kind of you to give me that compliment & be gullible that my mom would give me a whooping of a life time, you got what you've asked for & your words are just as useless as your impression is on your first day on the job, my manager knows my mother & i, he's very kind, understanding & reasonable. i doubt that this action will happen again, however to be petty i will straight up & tell her that i do not like her, that she's a piece of shit & that she's a hypocrite in her own words, bringing up your children as a scape goat to have others feel remorseful for you as you went through this "incident" that you've brought up on yourself.

tl;dr the bitch comes in with an attitude over a register, boots me off, made me look like the bad person in the situation in front of customers. i've defended myself with justifiable proof & she made false accusations in front of my manager.

your BOSS came in drunk and you've gotten fired the week after. no. this is a lawsuit, (unless the reason is justifiable) you've gotten unlawfully fired from your job. the roles should've been reversed, the business could've been under fire with safety due to your boss coming in like a drunken sailor. i apologize for the actions being made upon you; you deserve better than that god forsaken place.

this is why i hate retail and their neglectful employees, it's like the bottom of the barrel bullshit you'd find in a bookstore's bargain bin.

It was so stupid! I wrote down two prices on a piece of paper because I wanted to buy them and wanted to remind myself. Boss' wife found it and questioned me about it to no end. Fired me because she thought I was stealing but that just sounds like a bullshit excuse. I think they just hated me but couldn't fire me without cause because of the contract with the previous employer.

Yeah, I wrote everything down with the intention of reporting it but I knew nothing would real come from it. Apparently he had a history of doing it with his other business. We worked in a market and there was a bar there too he'd go on his lunch. This was like 6 years ago now and I work in a good place now.

who gave this man a certification to conduct businesses for himself? are people willingly throwing out papers to people whom don't qualify or is there something that i'm missing?

i'm glad you've gotten fired from that shithole, i wouldn't be happy if i were to work there & stress over the fact that i'm in a shop with a drunk "boss" & his domesticated dodo of a wife he's own to work with him. i'm upset with the fact that kind workers work their asses off only to get terminated for an indescribable reason only to quickly, cheaply label it as "theft".

i don't blame you, hypothetically speaking i'd wait for someone to wonder why they're drinking a boiling hot cup of shit then convince them how the store or coffee shop is regulated to keep drinks at a stabilized temperature.
