some of my suggestions:

Hooky (fantasy | completed)
MY FAV ! it's starts out with two silly witch siblings doing silly witch stuff and turns traumatic pretty quickly! ok not to scare you away put some shit goes down that's all i will say (and im bad with descriptions anyways)

Marionetta (fantasy | ongoing)
it's from the same creator as Hooky and high on my list already. it's about a mysterious circus, with many secrets, magic and death. it's still on season 1 and slowly shining light on the dark aspects of the story, and the characters are hawt amazing!

After School Lessons for Unripe Apples (drama | ongoing)
I love love love this one. it's about to silly teenagers (16 y. old) and follows their life and relationship together, mainly in a school setting.  the characters feel incredibly natural, and the progression of their friendship/relationship also progresses in a pace and way that makes you actually believe in it. oh and the occasionally shrieking moments i have from watching the story unfold

The Remarried Empress (fantasy | ongoing)
the name explains the story pretty well. and there is so much drama, like SO much drama. and i can't lie i do like drama when it isn't on gsm

Seasons of Blossom (romance | completed)
this was one hell of a ride, in a good and bad way. like i cried so much, but blushed equally as often. it's a good webtoon, and i really enjoyed how the characters were like constantly 'in the story' and relevant (especially since there are a few with their own like story), opposed to only around for an arc and then you never see them again
