i will say it used to be a lot worse though. and i've definitely felt the same way you do, so i know it doesn't help when people say this: but it does get better. like really slowly and it takes a lot of work, but learning to love yourself is like any other skill yk what i mean ?? you just gotta practice practice practice (even though i'm still not quite there yet myself lol so i should practice what i preach.)
