u can pay to change ur looks, or simply do stuff different changing ur diet and exercise can change weight, working out can help with muscle gain which can change ur appearance. u can get plastic surgery to change ur face. u can get boob jobs, ass job, all this weird shit to change ur body. u can also wear makeup at any time for literally a new look every day. even just improving ur posture can be a difference to ur physical appearance. its small changes, but u can also pay for much bigger ones too
