terminated my insurance after looking for medical help.

i have a lot of health issues & i'm also a student.

long story short, i've went to the er for severe abdominal pains when i've had an active insurance & upon leaving for the bill the insurance did not pay for it, rather just to terminate it & left me with a 1.7k bill.

(i've paid it off however it's still terminated & the department i was directed to doesn't seem to have a call back system so i continuously have to type my ssn & dob to speak to a representative only to pray that someone will pick up my call & not have me sit for an hour doing the same bullshit cycle again for a call back.)
