Being unable to be happy for other people is a recipe for self sabotage...Why are you jealous of them, so much so that you're willing to cut them off because of it and develop a hatred for them because of what they are achieving? If anything your friends being successful should fuel you to also work on things in your own lane and interest's and becoming good at them.

Your first response to being told to work on it is it wont make YOU successful if you do, are you only friends with them if they're doing worse than you? what about being successful at being a good friend and releasing yourself from envy and negativity, by doing so?

if you only watch other people water their grass and stew about it, yours will dry up...so yes, you need to work on it, without needing to gain something from it even.

It's OK I don't have a lot of friends anyways and the ones I have hate me.

O_o

No "good" friend would ever feel this way. When I think about my best friends I want the very best for them, if success is their happiness, that's all I'd want for them.

Jealousy and comparison is the thief of joy, we're all in different places. Try to focus on the things you can control, and things to be grateful for.
