I like my job, but my boss pushes on me more hours than we agreed on. Like before summer he employed two extra-help people but they can't help during summer or holidays because they're students who isn't from here and will be away. I don't understand my boss logic, why employ two extra help when he can't really use em when it's needed the most. So he politely asked me if I can work more, which I to be honest didnt want to but agreed to work 10% or at max 20% more than I already do - but not much more. 

Well, he put me on 30% more in july which I didn't agree on, and when I told him that he changed and it's still like 25% which isn't something i'm comfy with but i'll let it slide just this time. 

Rant over, i'm just annoyed and i won't help out much next time if he asks. I'm not paid well enough to care and also it's not my fault he's bad at employing people who can help out during summer & holidays. 

Soo yeah, i don't think i'll feel bad if i take a day off if I feel I really need it.
