Children are expected to be adult from a much earlier age than before.
A co-worker of mine got told by one of her son's teachers that the son was too immature because he still played. The boy is 8/9 years old, what do you meeeaaan?!

Yeahh, tiktok is ruining this new generation of kids. Like 8-10 year old do not need skincare whatsoever?? And some kids out there wishing for gifts that are several hundred dollars like apple headsets for 900, like you don't need that.... it's so sad that children aren't getting age appropriate gifts
