Not sure but probably you cant tell with other products that get stored for a longer time (even if it might not the best anymore like wasabi) but things that rot pretty fast and is visible like avocado def doesnt get stored longer than 2-3 days even with good wrapping

hahahah true, not a lot of places have open kitchens tho do they, like sushi places i know some but not in general
