because ): i don't have proper grown up job experiences since i only ever worked part time jobs. i generally hate writing about myself and cvs are just ... boasting about stuff you've done and people tend to lie and it's just. words on a paper/screen at the end of the day. yet they determine your worth and play an important role in the selection. i just hate itttt i hate corporate shit T_T
even if you don't think you have any "proper grown up job experiences" you can still highlight skills you have acquired/developed from the part time jobs that are transferable to other fields, e.g. customer service, high stress managing, planning/scheduling, working in a team etc., and try to point it to things that are relevant to the job you are applying to
my resume is
extremely academically pointed

mnn i do have /relevant/ experience, both from working and volunteering but i still hate the concept of resumes ) :
i wish i could find work in my field of study, i'd love to have an academically pointed cv
i wish i could get a job in academia or be straight up told that i'm not fit for it like i saw in the feedback of one of the applicants to a position i applied to in sweden lmao brutal
