i cannot relate to this at all we do not have vartelling every month n ive never worked a place that did, and all the varetellinger ive been a part of has happened during opening hrs....

I think mostly we have to do when it's not opening hours bcus we start selling u kno nd I cant substract like "ok we made so many of these pizzas uuuh how much of all have we spent" 

I kno coop extra down from us dont do it as often I think bcus they do it on sundays nd order pizza when they do it, but they also gotta do it while closed bcus they start sellin stuff immediately when they open u kno
