oh no sad can you kibble train instead? if it's from hand it might taste better

I think that might be it honestly. I had treats with me today, and she walked off-leash no problem and didn't step in the mud when I said "no" (she usually ignores that) and it made me realize she's a piece of shit (but I still love her)
