I’ve always understood it as parents sending linchables with the kids to school 💀it looks like it could be an okay snack but lunch is crazey…. 

feel like it would be super expensive to eat regularly as breakfast too 😭

I think that’s about what teachers pay for the lunchers altho when I worked in daycare we also got it free idk how it works at schools now adays

We got “free” lunch every day at elementary school, including breakfast in kindergarden.(You paid a set amount per semester to get lunch everyday)
In one of the universities I attended we got a card that we could use at a food court to get stuff from a salad bar, Chinese buffet, pizzeria, sushi place, and a “home style” restaurant. You could get anything on the menu with very small limitations due to the partnership the food court had with the nearby schools.

yeah a lunchable is surely more expensive than the lunch i paid for, and also less filling and less healthy for sure
