Over the past few day's i've been trying to reset my sleep schedule because i went from sleeping at 12-1am to 3-4am, regardless of how early i need to be up. needless to say it has been kinda shite 😭 i couldn't sleep AT ALL last night 

have any of you successfully like corrected a crap sleeping schedule, did anything help?

i literally have this same problem... i corrcted mine like 2 weeks ago but that was on accident

has it been better since??? 

i'm doing everything in the book, trying to keep my room cool, no devices an hour before, reading and its like...if i'm just gonna be tossing and turning i might as well go to sleep at 3am LMAO

i wanted to give you advice but then realized i've been trying to fix this problem myself for over a month now. my body also doesn't care if i wake up early. i take meds occasionally to get proper sleep in but i really try my best before i take any

well i just pulled an all nighter and then ended up sleeping at like 7pm and that fixed it but only for like a week, so i do not recommend, because all nighters are bad and it's not a long term solution

but also if you just cannot sleep until later, ik i've heard somewhere that if you dont fall asleep after like 15 mins, just get up for a bit and do something to tire you out, either mental or physical, so like puzzlesolving or hobbies or light exercise, and try go to sleep again a bit later

idk if you're already doing it but it might help

when i know i need to like fall asleep early the next night i just go to bed late but get up early so im tired earlier in the evening 
and be active during the day
