i'm doing everything in the book, trying to keep my room cool, no devices an hour before, reading and its like...if i'm just gonna be tossing and turning i might as well go to sleep at 3am LMAO
well i just pulled an all nighter and then ended up sleeping at like 7pm and that fixed it but only for like a week, so i do not recommend, because all nighters are bad and it's not a long term solution
