From what i understand that's about a medium 

(google's est: Small (S) generally fits waist sizes from 28-30 inches, Medium (M) fits 30-32 inches, Large (L.) fits 32-34 inches, and Extra Large (XL) fits 34-36 inches)

good luck though, here's hoping you don't end up in the Torid pants sizing realms (0, 1, 2, 3...)
