Starting write a diary
Private
International star

I've been extremely anxious these past few days for no reason, i well mentally but my body still feels the symptoms of anxiety, so I decided its time to start write my frustrations/insecurities in a diary.
I have downloaded a diary app but a would a real diary is better?

I use a physical book! I have had a lot of struggles with anger and depression, and using a physical journal has helped significantly. I have my diary for everyday life, and I have an "anger journal" where I put all of my negative feelings, and I never look back at them. I'll write pages and it really helps to sort out what I'm feeling, whether I scribble out my feelings or write pages of words.

I feel like with a physical book it is a lot more therapeutic, because you can really release all your feelings into the book.

An actual journal is best and usually more cathartic but, whichever one you will actually use and write in is best and that could be digital
