thats weird then!! did you use loose leaf tea?? i remember like a year ago i used a loose leaf mango dragon fruit tea (with the fruit bits) and the milk curdled, not sure if theres a correlation!
since acid makes things curdled im guessing it was the mango in urs and whatever fruit particles is in mine!
