I get it but also no the fuck i do not. I don’t see how it's okey to raise it after you've signed the lease like?? You adverise 6,1 i sign contract that says 6,1 but a couple weeks later the negotiation (between who i dont know) goes through and it get raised before u even move in. It's bullshit.

I would've liked them to write their right for that in the contract bc it wasnt mentioned at all. Like i've never lived in an apartment so that wasnt even in my brain that it could happen? I actually read everything before signing

So thas annoying yeah- it's gonna be raised ish 2% 2027 and 2028 too
