There is this old lady that lives down the street she comes orders a medium number 4 often

I feel very awful telling her no but big rule is no we cannot do that nd she spends all her money on smokes nd going to bars we kno who she is
So I tell her unfortunately we cannot do that it is a company rule we r not allowed to do that (cus ye it is in yhe rules I WILL BE PUNISHED)
Monday comes around
Nd boss gives us a big message that we r not allowed to let customers pay later for their orders no matter how well we kno them bcus someone came in saying they were gonna pay for a previous order

Came to work on wednesday nd boss was like ye it was the old lady
But evryone on my weekend shift was like "no maxwell told us not to do that so we didnt do that"
Nd old lady when tryin to pay for pizza said she didnt kno what day she got it on
Im honestly thinkin this poor lady has dementia or smthin nd remember comin in saying she'll pay for it on monday nd then didnt get it nd, THOUGHT SHE HAD TO PAY US
