I was like "noo! u did the right thing if there is no one in store that knows what to do you ARE supposed to call me do not feel bad that is a part of my job!!"
nd then it came
him: "ahah ok good. I tried calling the others on the car phone but the phone was outta battery so I couldnt reach them.. Nd they were both at *insert location 15 minutes away* so they wudnt be back anytime soon"
me: "whaa y where they both driving to the same area y didnt just one of them do a double delivery??"
him: "oh, no like, it was one delivery but they did it together"

1. we r not allowed to take deliveries together (unless it is very planned nd for a very big delivery)
2. They decided, to leave the NEWEST GUY ALONE IN STORE. WHEN THEY DIDNT HAVE TO.
he was like "well they asked nd I said it was ok" Im like YE OFC U DID U R NEW U DONT WANNA B THE BAD GUY OFC U GONNA SAY OK. I told him I was like shocked I was like "no morten, it is NOT OK. For YOUR sake DO NOT let them do that again!!"
he was like "yee I just felt bad for them cus they got really angry when boss put deliveries on again"
IDC!! IT IS THEIR JOB!! TO DELIVER!!! They can stay pissed all they want they better suck it up they get paid for it!!!!!
what if shit got rlly busy when they were gone?? nd they left this poor guy alone so they cud yap nd have fun in the car??? ?
so much time wasted and for WHAT
nd obv he needed them?? cus he had to call me?? if one of them was there he wudnt have to cus they wud know how to help him?? can they pls start caring abt their coworkers I am losing it?`?? Like I am obv gonna help if they need help but when they go out of their way to make the most not secure in their job person stand alone nd have to call me for help....
