i wanted to try out to not eat sugar anymore and track how many calories i eat to maintain a healthy diet bcs this was my goal for this year anyways i will use this thread to track my progress and what my experience is and if its worth it

im on day 4 yesterday i had a mental breakdown but it happens with sugar too so today i just felt tired but im not really hungry

I used to not eat sugar, or well sweets etc, for like a year at a time when I was youngermaybe that’s why im a furry now

From my experience it’s very annoying the first like month ish not eating sugar after that ur body gets used to it. I need to do this too tbh my sugar addiction is so badddd but the last times I’ve tried I just end up with like litcheral sugar withdrawal heqdaches its so stupiiiiid

Yes fair im both sweet n savory fiend n snacking fiend all the issues
aometimes i eat snackies with chopsticks cos it makes the snacking less mindless

I cannot relate I am eating sugar as I write this but good luck, but I barely eat sugar or sweets in general so idk
