i was admitted by force back in oct. but i honestly feel like i have gotten worse since
maybe its just a coincidence and im just getting worse for whatever reason but it seems like the moment i got out of that hospital, i fell apart further

there is 0 actual helpful mental health resources in my town or even county, my therapist lives in another state actually
