I do not
all I can say is if you do show bpd traits, therapy is the key. Do NOT abandon therapy. My friend w bpd signs ditched therapy after a few appointments and lord I cry cus I know they're a good person deep inside, hell we've been friends for like 10 years. But they never worked on this w anyone and managing bpd without a professional is a very hard task, as I'm seeing w my friend unfortunately. The hardest part is seeing how badly it is affecting their everyday life when they have no idea how to manage it. It is awful for the people around them and Im imagining it is 10 times more awful for them having to experience it
Do not be afraid that your psychiatrist says you could have it. See it as a positive, that they see the signs and are ready to help you if it is the case. Bcus what u go through in your head is the same, whether it got a name for it or not. And hopefully you have a psychiatrist u feel like u like nd can trust! that is important! And if your psychiatrist makes you want to stop therapy, pls ask for another one before you quit. Sometimes it's just a bad match, that happens and is nothing to feel guilty about!
