i didnt finish it but i got some points
that basically people with bpd have problems with relationships because of fear of being abandoned, and they become awful when that fear is triggered
but idk where i would have developed that fear
no one has abandoned me, really, unless you count a brief breakup with my husband before we were married, when we were teens, or internet "friends" abandoning our friendship also when i was a teen lololol
but i cant think of anything that would have triggered a lifelong psychological fear of abandonment in me

but u cud ask ur therapist abt it perhaps?
bcus if I know correctly, u CAN get bpd without trauma stuff etc happening. But the ususal case is that there is trauma behind it. it is not mandatory to have some big past awful trauma for you to develop bpd

u said u don't know where u would've developed a fear for abandonment but that doesn't really matter too much when looking at it from a diagnostic point of view, if u do experience that symptom u experience it no matter where it came from if you get what i mean

does not have to be triggered by any one specific traumatic event, or at all though. it can be genetic, it can be a childhood event that you don't even remember, health issues, anything

i should bring it up to my therapist, im sure she is already aware of the possibility tho if she communicates with the psychiaatrist
